Leading Nigeria online e-commerce platform Jumia has announce that Kaymu is becoming Jumia Market in a statement released out by the company.
We are now part of the larger Jumia family, which includes several sister companies offering a wide range of products and services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you! By unifying all of our sister companies under the Jumia brand, the number of visitors to our site will increase significantly. As a result, your shop and products will be exposed to many more customers, who will be able to find anything they need on the Jumia family sites.
Nothing will change in how you interact with us or with your customers:
- Order processing: You remain responsible for processing every order you receive. Always remember to contact your customer within 24 hours of the order.
- Shop management: You are still in charge of managing your online shop. Changing product pricing, stock levels and creating new listings stays in your control.
- Selling fees: You will continue to pay the same selling fees as before. There is no need to update your prices.
We have already setup an account for you at Jumia Market. You can use your current login (email and password) to access your account and you will find that everything has been transferred. In case you have access to the Seller Center to manage your shop, note that everything remains exactly how it was.
