Former Governor of Nigeria Apex Bank (CBN) and present Emir of Kano Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, has formally withdrawn his lawsuit against the President Ebele Jonathan.

He file lawsuit against president Jonathan, for his removal has governor of Nigeria Apex Bank. It seems Emir of Kano want peace to reign between him and the presidency.

According to Abubakar Mahmoud, who is New Emir of Kano lawyer told he National Industrial Court that the Emir wishes to withdraw his case against President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and two other defendants in the suit.
