Contrary to the economic instability of the nation, the issue of fuel hike price and failure of states to pay workers salary as led to many Nigerians seeking for the return of the immediate past Nigeria President, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

Former president Goodluck Jonathan has denies the report that he is interested in contesting for post of president comes 2019 general election.

Jonathan lost his rerun election last year to president Buhari in an historical election that change the face of Nigeria democracy, whereby sitting government lost the election to the opposition party.

According to online me­dium reported that Jonathan declared interest to run for presidency in 2019 in Bayelsa yesterday, adding that the former president was inundated with calls from Nigerians to re-contest and salvage the economy from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

But Daily Sun quotes Jonathan’s media aide, Ikechukwu Eze, as denying the former president is considering taking another shot at the presidency.

Eze added that the former president never made any declaration on 2019 election, either in May or this month.
