Founder & Publisher of Sahara Reporters and a hopeful presidential aspirant, Omoyele Sowore, has said that if he wins in the next year general election, Nigeria will become a huge exporter of India Hemp (popularly known as Marijuana).
In the viral video that surfaced online this afternoon, Sowore said that some of the best weeds are grown in Ekiti State, adding that some other countries are making billions from the sale/export of marijuana to grow there GDP.
He said,
We have to start taking care of our weed [Igbo], such that we can also contribute to the GDP of the world. Some of the best weeds in the world are grown in Ekiti State and people are making billions out of that particular plant, that particular plant that is very potent in Nigeria.
We should be focused on it, our NDLEA should get the notice/memo in advance that Nigeria will be exporting weed to cure cancer in other parts of the world, instead of chasing after people who are growing weed whereas they are not chasing after our politicians who are smoking cocaine in their houses.
