After 16years, of PDP supremacy in Senate house, the opposition party APC is now leading the majority legislators in the upper house of assembly, while joining them is former Governor of Osun State Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke, and uncle to Nigeria Afro pop singer Davido.
He was declare the winner of Osun West Senatorial District at the just concluded presidential and National Assembly elections held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 across the country.
Former Osun-state governor Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke, popularly know as Asiwaju, is returning for 2nd term in the upper house of assembly.
He contested under the platform of All Progressive Congress ( APC) and won convincingly in all the 10 local government areas that make up the senatorial district.
