The drama between former president of Nigeria and one time Board of Trustee for PDP, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has led to unending resolution for the ex-president to tear his membership card in public.
According to several sources including Punch and PM News reported that for Obasanjo had his ward chairman tear his PDP membership card at a press conference in Abeokuta early hours of today, where he also announced his exit from the party.
He said he’ll stay away from party politics and remain non-partisan.
