According to speech deliver by Minister of Youth Development Boni Haruna, on 29th May 2014, says that President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, has declared amnesty for all members of Northern Islamist Terrorist/militant sect Boko Haram as part of his administration’s on “youths-friendly programmes and policies”.
According to Punch reporter who disclosed it out that Minister of Youth Development Boni Haruna, made it known to public at a youth event to celebrated the democracy day, which tagged ” A day with young leaders of Nigeria” in Abuja, and the minister asks us to embrace the government’s gesture.
“President Goodluck Jonathan has also declared amnesty for members of the Boko Haram sect.
Let me use this opportunity on behalf of the Federal Government, to call on the members of the Boko Haram sect to embrace the government’s gesture and key to amnesty programme.” he said.
What is the Way Forward My Fellow Nigeria ?, Are we now negotiating with this terrorist group ?
