Former Governor of Katsina, Ibrahim Shema has been declares wanted by Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for criminal conspiracy, inflation of contracts, abuse of office, diversion of funds and embezzlement running into billions of naira.
He was governor of Katsina between May 2007 to May 2015 and he has been invited by EFCC since December, 1, 2015 and ever since them they are unable to locate him at his Katsina and Abuja resident.
