About few days ago, founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg paid a surprise visits to Nigeria, where he met with developers and entrepreneurs in Nigeria technology ecosystem.
Mark came into Nigeria as a thief in the night, but in broad daylight. Earlier we all suggested that Mark was in Nigeria to inspect the Andela startup that he and his wife invested in, another speculation was that Mark is in Nigeria to meet up with the Jobberman team that he gave shout out to weeks ago and lastly we thought Mark was to attend the developer workshop, Express WiFi.
If you are still in dark about Mark visitation to Nigeria, here are places Mark went while he’s still in Nigeria.
(1) He Visited CcHub
The CcHub located at Yaba was first place Mark first visits in Nigeria. He surprise as folks and kids on Summer of Code Camp currently going on at CcHub.
(2) He then stand roll to Andela
Humble Mark nearly broke Nigeria Twitter when he walk from CcHub office to Andela office like a mere mortal.
(2) He stopped by at Express Wifi stand
On his way to Andela office, Mark stooped by and meet Rosemary Njoku who runc Express WiFi stand. The Express WiFi is iniative of Facebook in partnership with Cool Link to see up hotspot in Lagos.
(3) Mark Eat Jollof RiceRice, pounded yam and snails.
Though no available photo for this, but during the town hall meeting session Mark asserted how delicious is Nigeria locoal food.
(4) Mark went on jog with entrepreneurs at the Lekki-Ikoyi bridge
Yesterday morning, Mark goes on quick jogging with selected entrepreneurs at the Lekki-Ikoyi bridge. In fact Mark acted like true island big boy.
(5) He had Q&A session with technology leaders in Nigeria
Yesterday Mark had town hall questions and answers with developers and entrepreneur’s at the Landmark Event Center, VI, Lagos.
We all know that it’s pretty eventful trip for Mark in Nigeria, but right now he’s in Kenyan where he’s have great time.
