With this feat, Wizkid has become the first African Artist to have won the BET Award and MOBO Award for Best African Act, MTV EMA for Best Worldwide Act and also the Best International award at the #MOBOAwards.
Wizkid is the first African artist to win ” Best International Act ” at the #MOBOAwards , joining the likes of Eminem, Drake, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and Beyoncé as winners of the category.
His fellow Nigerian and close rival, Davido wins the ” Best African Act “ ahead of him alongside with other biggest artiste from the African continent.
