Movie Business: Nollywood Star Stephanie Linus signs US Film’s Distribution Deal for Movie “DRY”

Veteran Nollywood movie star Stephanie Linus and her award-winning movie ”DRY ” has reach another height by signing film’s distribution deal in US with ARC Entertainment.

The movie ” DRY ” was produced, directed and also starred award-wining Nollywood A-list actress Stephanie Linus, alongside with other talented movie stars.

The movie was inspired by a true life story that depicts the life of two young girls living as child brides in West Africa. The critically acclaimed movie focuses on child marriage and Vesico Vaginal Fistula (VVF), journeying into the heart-wrenching details of a culture not too many films dare to explore.

The movie ” DRY ” by Stephanie grabbed 9 nominations at this year edition of Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards 2016 (AMVCA) in categories such as Best Director, Best Overall Movie (Africa), Best Movie (West Africa) and Best Supporting Actress.

DRY is yet to be on Nigeria’s nationwide cinema, but currently available on online platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Sony PlayStation and VUDU for viewers throughout the U.S.
