On Thursday the jury for Africa’s biggest and most prestigious movie award, Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards 2020 released nominees for this year edition, which was broadcast live, and anchored by duo of Nollywood actors Linda Ejiofor and Ibrahim Suleiman.

The nominees for AMVCA 2020 see your favorite movies nominated for its creativity and direction. The movies such as God Calling and Living In Bondage: Breaking Free has the most nominations with 10 each. Closer nominees were Ratnik with 6 nominations. King of Boys, Seven, and Elevator Baby with 6 nominations respectively.

Nigerian rapper-turn actor, Remilekun Safaru, better known as Reminisce, bagged his first-ever AMVCA nomination in the ‘Best Supporting Actor’ category for his role as Makanaki in the blockbuster movie ” King Of Boys ” by Kemi Adetiba, a movie around an ambitious political thug plotting to oust his boss, Alhaji Eniola Salami.

Veteran Nollywood actors such as Ramsey Nouah, Kate Henshaw, Richard Mofe Damijo, and Nkem Owoh were nominated for their roles in the selected movie they acted on during the calendar year, Guys Here’s Nominees For AMVCA 2020 below:
