Popular indigenous Yoruba lyricist rapper Remilekun Safaru, know as Reminsce, has join the league of Naija celebrity stars that have being named brand ambassador for the mobile giant Samsung.
Alaga Ibile , was unveiled as latest Samsung Nigeria Ambassador at the press conference which held at Protea Hotel in Lagos. He join the likes of Banky W, Kate Henshaw who are brand ambassador for the global mobile company for the past 3 years .
However this is first major endorsement deal for Reminisce, whose indigenous style of music has endeared him to the hearts and minds of many young urban youth across the country.
The Team Lead of Samsung West Africa Emmanouil Revmatas, says
“He is part of the trend and he has a responsibility to represent the brand. He values the importance of education and building a strong foundation”.
Reminisce in his own words said he is proud to be part of the Samsung family.
“The target market is the youth and those are the kind of people I represent.”
