Is Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records Dead?
Nigerian maverick producer, music mogul, and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy in his usual way of engaging his followers on social media have displayed a sign of no hard feelings if any signee decides to leave his recording company while responding to inquiries from fans on Twitter.
Following the exits of Reekado Banks & Iyanya from the label about weeks ago, a fan asked the music mogul why artists are leaving the label, and he replied them in no hard feeling responses:
Why do u graduate from secondary/university? People grow bro. https://t.co/pprUc7WZoJ

Another fan drag Don Jazzy in by saying that the label is Dead, and even the ‘Leaners and Upcoming’ were leaving. And the Dorobucci crooner replied back by disagreeing that his label is dead, but admitted that this period isn’t the best times for them before asking for prayers from the fan.:
Naaa we never die. We just faint small. E Dey happen. Pray for us to recover if you can. 🙌🏽🙌🏽 https://t.co/iIHrDgjBDV

But he assured the fans that the label will bounce back, after taken notes and the label was working on all the suggestions of their true fans.
Well we haven’t satisfied the high expectations you have so far. We have taken notes and suggestions from some very loyal fans and have been working on some great ideas. Pls stay tuned during the year. Your feedbacks are always helpful. 🙏🏿 https://t.co/4LEvPWqgev
