BET Awards To Present Best International Act Category At Main Stage

The organizer of BET Awards has announced that the winner of ” Best International Act ” category will receive the award on the main stage during the live event, for the first time ever at the 2018 edition of the awards.

Meanwhile, over the years, winners of Best International Act category of the award do receive their prizes off stage. Artistes like Davido, Wizkid, 2baba, D’banj, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie have won the award in past years with their prizes given to them behind the scene.

If you can recall very well in 2015, Wizkid refused to show up for BET Awards because the awards presentation for Best International Act (African) was not done at the main event. However, the nominees for this edition includes Davido, Tiwa Savage, Nasty C, Stormzy (of UK) among others.

For the first time ever, the #BETAwards2018 Best International Act category winner will be presented on the main stage.
