Popular Nigerian blogger, social media activist, columnist and travel speaker Japheth Omojuwa, sues certain group of people who allegedly gathered to discuss his person, with death threats allegedly issued against him by the parties involved.
Mr Omojuwa , who was represented by Abuja based chamber “Kech Ford Lawyers” is suing Osita Duru, who is the person behind the @RadicalYouthMan on Twitter for N450million for defamation of character, conspiracy to commit murder and threat to life.
According to the document, the Twitter user has been given 5 days to retract and apologise to avoid a criminal prosecution amongst other issues.
