Barely few days ago, a report surface online that music superstar D’banj has met the producer of his latest banger ” Emergency ‘‘ for the first time ever, almost two months after the track was released at Glo CAF Awards 2016 in Abuja.
In short, the young producer goes by the name P Loops and he has previously worked with Rayce. However, a fresh report surface online few hours ago reported that the young producer granted an interview claiming that he haven’t received the full payment for the beat.
He was quoted to have said,
‘I was in shock when I heard the next morning that the song was out. I didn’t record with D’banj, I think Olu sent the beat to him, and he recorded. There was no credit at all, no credit on the promo copy, there was no credit online, no credit whatsoever’.
‘I did try to talk to them, I talked to Olu Maintain in my office. My trademark was removed. The original beat had my trademark. I talked to them about it, and we were going to have a brief meeting about it, but till now, there has been no credit…It was KC Graphics, his graphic designer who gave me his contact’.
When the track was released, we all thought it was produced by D’banj‘s in-house producer Dee Vee, but we were all wrong, while the young producer himself has being using social media to claimed the ownership of the beat.

As at the time of writing this report there is no comment from D’banj’s camp, but the producer himself P Loops has come out on twitter to deny making such claims saying, ‘I have been fully paid’.
This is to clear the air that I’ve been paid fully for the Emergency beats production. I don’t know where this rumour is coming from.
