One of Nigeria leading record label company Mavin Records, founded by production genius Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, have signed a new management deal with new Lagos-based creative talent firm, The Temple Management Company (TMC).
The deal was signed yesterday at the The Temple Management Company office in Victoria Island, between the CEO of TMC, Idris Olorunnimbe, and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy.
The Temple Management Company, opened its doors in March 2016, and it was set up strategically to fill a gap in the industry as a full-service talent and event agency in Nigeria with strong international affiliations.
After the deal was signed yesterday between both parties, Don Jazzy described the deal as a new dawn for Mavin Records and all its talents. He said,
“Mavin Records is stepping into the future with The Temple Management Company as they redefine creative talent management in Nigeria.”
Also commenting, Olorunnimbe explained that TMC is set to make a big statement in the Nigerian creative talent sector.
“We are glad to have Mavin Records on board at The Temple Management Company. This is the beginning of an interesting journey and we are very confident that we can achieve great things together. We have a fantastic team and will be working with our international partners to raise the profile of Mavin Records.”
