The ongoing series follows the activities of the fictional Serious and Special Crimes Unit (SSCU), which is led by its charismatic boss, Deputy Commissioner of Police Femi Biboye (William Benson). Superintendent Kelechi ‘KC’ Farasin (Folu Storms) and Superintendent Danladi Dikko (Jammal Ibrahim) lead an elite team of top detectives who simply fight crime in Lagos.

Elesin Oba tells the story of Elesin, the king’s horseman, who is to commit ritual suicide to accompany the king on his journey to the afterlife, with excellent acting, costume, and storytelling. However, he was unable to complete his duty due to unavoidable circumstances that resulted in a chain of unfortunate events.

The late Biyi Bandele’s film boasts excellent dialogue, cinematography, cultural representation, and storytelling.

Glamour Girls tells the story of escorts and their relationships. Despite some confusing moments, it had one of the best visuals on Nigerian television in 2022. The Nollywood film also has excellent casting, particularly Nse Ikpe-Etim, who gives the film her all. Damola Adeyemi and Dami Oke did an excellent job with the costumes and design for this film.
