The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, has come out to apologized to Nigerians, over the continuous fuel scarcity been experienced across the nation.
President Buhari, furthers blame the long queues that have returned back to various filling stations on the activities of speculators and those resistant to change.
However, President Buhari, has promised Nigerians that there will be no increased on the pump price of petrol.
He also made it clear , contrary to viral speculations that the Federal Government may scrap fuel subsidy which will result in an increase in the cost of the premium motor spirit, popularly called petrol.
He also made it clear that the pump price of petrol will remain at N87 “for now”.
“Indeed tough decisions must be made but this does not mean that we would increase the level of pains being felt by Nigerians,” he added.
