Popular Ghanaian actress and Nadia Buari, once again shows that she is real African women, who don’t want to indulge in any harmful act that will damage her and also be harmful to her people.
According to her media publicist Nadia Buari, was approached by French cosmetic company, Avant Claire Grande, to be their brand ambassador for the cosmetic company that will representing the African continent.
The endorsement deal is worth around $75,000, while Avant Claire Grande, are planing to lace their market in African soil by using Nadia, as their targeted market better than any other African celebrity stars based on their market research.
But at the point of signing the contract, the Diary of Imogen actress and producer, realized that the Claire product contained compounds of hydroquinone, a chemical used for skin whitening and bleaching, and she promptly ‘rejected the deal because she does not want to endorse anything that would be harmful to her people’.
