5. Etighi: Who remembers the Etighi dance? Yes! You may want to say the dance didn’t start this year but well, it is still a 1st choice to many. The uniquely ravishing Calabar dance first came to our notice in 2012 when it was displayed in a video scene of one of our own act, who remembers? Yes! You guessed right…it was indeed in the hit track by Iyanya ‘’Kukere’’.
From then till now, Etighi is still a top choice for many at clubs and parties.
4. Azonto: Moving on, the number 4 choice has to be no other choice than the hilarious Azonto dance. The Ghanian dance which emanated late 2012 took the world by storm as a result of its uniquely carved out steps. Who didn’t rock the Azonto dance, from the likes of Wizkid, to the likes of Wycleaf Jean and even Chris Brown during his visit to Nigeria last year. The azonto dance was and still a show stopper at parties and the clubs.
3. Skelewu: I’m sure even the people of London still rock the skelewu dance. Earlier last year when HKN recording act Davido put up an instructional dance video of hit single ‘’Skelewu’’ for his 3000$ competition, a lot of people went gaga about the dance.
Skelewu was the people choice at parties, Skelewu was the people’s choice at Clubs, Skeluwe was the people choice at weddings, name it! The Skelewu dance was everywhere. To many, skelewu dance is sure a show stopper!

2. Sekem: This is one dance everyone likes. When comedian, singer and dancer McGalaxy released an instructional video that went viral on the internet, it was pretty much evident that this dance was going to take the world by storm.

1.Shoki: Who would say he or she hasn’t rocked Shoki in the club? That would definitely be a pretentious lie. Shoki which has seen the likes of the Lil Kesh, Orezi and recently Tekno release different versions of the hit single is obviously the most rocked tune around the whole of Africa.
The hilarious dance which has seen the likes of Davido, Patoranking, Tiwa Savage, Olamide, Wande Coal and many more all rock, is gradually taking the world by storm. ”Shoki”.
