Over the years, election season has been a period where you will see creativity from politicians and their campaign managers should stand out.
But sadly, almost politicians in Nigeria seem to be following the same trend and doing practically what their others colleagues has done.

Joining the league of politicians distributing bags of rice is APC‘s Lagos state governorship aspirant Akinwumi Ambode, but his own way is different from his colleagues because his own is imported American bags of rice.
As others are busy distributing made in Nigeria rice, a group called ‘Hope For Good Women Organization’, went a step further to customize bags of American rice for the Lagos governorship hopeful.
The logo on the bags of rice reads: 100 Percent Sortex American Style Rice.
