On Sunday December 11th, 2016, Africa’s biggest financial hub Lagos, host the 3rd edition of biggest and most prestigious kids and teens fashion show tagged ” African Kids and Teens Fashion Week 2016 ”, an event package to showcase the creativity of our african designers in the kids and teenagers industry.
This year edition started with Fashion Business Show/ Symposium Session with key industry players in the fashion sector and some selected representatives from the Bank of Industry, which was held at the IBIS Hotels, Opebi Area in Ikeja, Lagos, on the 9th of December 2016.
The Fashion show and exhibition was held on Sunday 11th of December, at the Classique Event Place, Oregun Ikeja, Lagos.
This year edition of African Kids and Teens Fashion Week 2016, features designers such as Arambe, TJ Davies, Rare Gems, Allessandra, Simbees, Datina Designs, Zucchini and many others that showcase their collections with burst of brightly-coloured designs meshed seamlessly with African designs in a contemporary style with the kid and teen models strutting the runway in hundreds of stunning pieces featuring varying combinations African textiles, sewn and stitched together in beautiful designs and styles.
The event has music performances from Nigeria finest artistes, alongside with comedy jokes from online comedy star Arole and MC Remote. Special appearances from representatives of the first lady, Aisha Buhari, gospel minister Big Bolaji and many others.
The event was put together by SmartCode Africa, with partnership from by the Bank of Industry and Peak Milk.
