Breaking: Kemi Adeosun Resigns As Nigeria Minister of Finance
Following the allegation of NYSC certificate forgery, Kemi Adeosun has finally resigned from her position as Minister of Finance. Over the past few weeks, Kemi Adeosun has been embroiled into NYSC debacle for not serving the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, and obtaining a certificate that the NYSC has disowned.
However, it is unclear as of yet when exactly the resignation will take effect, as understands she is “currently in her office working”.
I have just received, with sadness, news that Kemi Adeosun has resigned. She is a talented, courageous woman who drove a lot of important reforms as Minister of Finance. However, the NYSC saga had made her position untenable & the situation was only going to go from bad to worse.

A Nigerian Minister, Kemi Adeosun has resigned. I don’t remember tweeting “reigned” beside the name of a Nigerian minister. This was late in coming but better late than never.
