The embattled Nigeria senate president Dr Bukola Saraki, has filed a motion asking for the Chairman, of Code of Conduct Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar to disqualify himself from his trial, saying that his leadership is bias toward him and he could not get justice under his chairmanship.
