Nigeria Afro-pop singer and record label executive David Adeleke, known as Davido who recently inked deal with Sony Music has come out to reveal the details of his contract with the prestigious company.
Few days ago, music star Davido had a chat with selected bloggers, journalists and PR partitioners in an event hold at Black Media House in Lagos, he reveals more details of his contract.
He will released two albums under the Sony Music partnership, which is a music publishing and distribution. Both albums, expected to drop from this year, will be released and globally distributed by Sony Music.
Sony Music will handles distribution of the album globally, Davido retains ownership of the music as well as various performances.
The 23-year-old singer is the son of Nigerian billionaire industrialist Chief Deji Adeleke.He was born in Atlanta, he relocated to Nigeria at 19 and dropped his debut album ” Omo Baba Olowo ” in 2012, a project that was warmly received and critically reviewed.
