Despite building social media empires Facebook, billionaires CEO is guilty of taking risky shortcuts online.
The founder and CEO of Facebook Inc, Mark Zuckerberg social media accounts (Twitter, Pinterest & Instagram) was compromised by internet terrorist hackers who claims that they found the tech geek leader’s password in a large dump of hacked LinkedIn data that emerged last month.
Sometime last month, a large cache of social media networking platform LinkedIn passwords and emails began surfacing online, thought to stem from an earlier 2012 hack.
“Hey @finkd [Zuckerberg] we got access to your Twitter & Instagram & Pinterest, we are just testing your security, please dm us,” wrote the group OurMine Team on Zuckerberg’s Twitter account. In another since-deleted tweet, the group claimed that Zuckerberg’s password was “dadada” on both Twitter and Pinterest, and that they hadn’t been changed since 2012, when the LinkedIn data was reportedly hacked. Zuckerberg’s Facebook and Instagram accounts were not compromised, despite the group’s claim regarding the latter.
