The presidential aspirant of All Progressive Congress (APC) Gen Buhari, has weight his own view on current issue of fuel scarcity in Nigeria.
For the past few days, fuel scarcity hit several states in Nigeria has caused a lot of reactions among Nigeria.
Presidential aspirant of APC, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari has also reacted to the fuel scarcity. He used his official twitter account to say a few things on the issue.

In my time as NNPC chairman and Petroleum Minister in the late 70s, 2 of our 4 refineries were built, and domestic consumption catered for.
