On Tuesday 13th of December, 2016, MMM Nigeria turn millions of Nigerians into panic mood, after announcing it freezing of its operations for the month of December.
However, with this moment of uncertainty, new claim is that a Nigerian man is the mastermind of the MMM Nigeria Ponzi scheme.
Sometimes last week, a report surface online that Pastor Ernest Mbanefo from South Africa, is the owner of that Ponzi scheme in Nigeria, though he eventually denies that report.
With the panic mood Nigerians find themselves now, one Twitter user goes by the name Amadi Noel (@KingNoelC) claimed that a Nigerian by the name Chuddy Anayo Ugorji is the person responsible for the entrance of MMM into Nigeria.
According to the long thread of tweets posted by Amadi Noel (@KingNoelC) on his Twitter timeline reported that Chuddy Anayo Ugorji allegedly brought MMM into Nigeria in 2015. The Twitter user further claimed that he struck a deal with some Phillipinos to create “MMM Nigeria names“.
Amongst other things, Noel further claimed that Chuddy was a former member of MMM Global and he has made over N5bn exemption of this Ponzi scheme in Nigeria.
The tweets thread by Noel, further makes us known that Chuddy in collaboration with some white people in Dubai, brought MMM in Nigeria.
Noel tweeted the phone number of mastermind of MMM Nigeria, Chuddy Anayo Ugorji, his wife and other Nigerians he identified as the “cartel.“
As at the time of written this report, GY Online NG was unable to reach Chuddy via phone but our fellow online media platform Pulse Nigeria was able to reach his wife on phone.
According to Chuddy wife, Mrs Ugorji said that Russian and MMM Global founder Sergey Panteleevich Mavrodi was behind MMM in Nigeria.
When Pulse Nigeria further asked to state if her husband is truly the brains behind the Ponzi scheme in Nigeria, she refused to answer and said we should keep calling her husband. “It’s best you hear from the horse’s mouth” she told Pulse exclusively today.
Here is a quick look of Chuddy’s Twitter account showing strong indication that he has some stake in MMM Nigeria even though his last tweet was on September 7, 2016.
Though his YouTube channel features him making several presentations about MMM in several gatherings.
The first video on the channel shows ” Ideology of MMM ” and was published on October 29, 2015. We are currently trying to reach Chuddy in order to confirm or denies this report that he’s mastermind of MMM scheme in Nigeria.
