The outgoing chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof Attahiru Jega, has been applauded by the president of United State of American (USA) Barrack Obama, for his leadership spirit and also his outstanding role he played for the peaceful conduct of the 2015 presidential and National Assembly elections.
He was award with certificate of commendation by the USA government and also president Barrack Obama, which was presented to him by US Ambassador to Nigeria, James Entwistle on behalf of Obama and the US government.
