Things fall apart big time this time around between American rapper Lil Wayne and his longtime best Friend and adopted father Bryan “Birdman “Williams.
Lil Wayne, blast his record label boss Bryan “Birdman “Williams on social media, where he address his fans the reason why his 11th studio album ” Tha Carter V ‘‘ is still yet to be released under imprint of Cash Money.
Lil Wayne is the founder of Young Money Records, an imprint of Cash Money Records owned by rap mogul Bryan “Birdman “Williams and his brother Ronald “Slim” Williams, while rapper Lil Wayne, is executive of the label.
Wezzy, will be the latest act under the label that feels imprisoned under the label, artistes such as Tyga, Busta Rhymes and many others has voiced out in the past that Cash Money label did not encourage their music career.
Weezy took to Twitter on Thursday to publicly declare that he wants off the label, and that his album Tha Carter V won’t be released because Birdman and Cash Money refuse to put it out.
In 2012, Lil Wayne, resigned 4 years contract with the label with clause of dropping 4 album within those period of his contract, but he drop his last album under the label in 2012.

According to his manager Cortez Bryant, who had a chat with TMZ, outside a club in West Hollywood on Thursday night, acted that everything was fine.
“We good,” he said. “I’m smiling. I wouldn’t be out at the club right now.”
When asked about Tyga, who has also denounced YMCMB, he said, “Tyga’s good too. That’s my brother.”
According to Bryant, Weezy has no plans to leave the label. “We good, we staying where we at.”
