By number of rooms, Hilton continues to reign supreme. A whooping 7,250 rooms are being developed in its pipeline!

The Carlson Rezidor comes after the Hilton with almost 7000 thousand hotels in its pipeline and in third place we find Marriott with 6,412 rooms. We sure won’t run out of luxury rooms in the years to come!

By number of hotels, Marriott takes the first place as they have up to 36 hotels in their pipeline, Carlson Rezidor maintains the second spot with 32 hotels and Hilton drops to the third spot with 29 hotels.
