D'Banj

Nigeria music superstar D’banj, was billed to perform at just concluded Nigeria Entertainment Award in New York, USA, but he did not show up for the show with giving explanation.

On Air Personality Chichi of Unda Da Rock Entertainment , has pen an open letter to D’banj, accusing him of his concert cancellations/no shows.

Nigerian US-based media personality Chichi, believes that his decision for not showing up for the concert is due to his disrespectful attitude he had toward his fans, who have support him over the years.

She further accused the music star of cancelling independent day concert last yer in state and also the just concluded NEA Awards , without giving out any explanation to his fans that have support him over the years.

It cool when situation like this are discussed on public domain, but it not cool to support one sided story. Ever since his split with MO Hits, D’banj has not get his fit together and he’s lacking better branding and reputation management.

  1. Well, any Musician that disrespect his or her fans or the public is doomed! Some of them have become arrogant thinking their wealth will save them when their fans or the general public stop buying their CDs etc. In my book, good name and the people’s respect is better than wealth.

D’banj should offer public apology followed by a concert.
