Few top Africans and Nigerian biggest name in entertainment will grace the largest gathering of Africans leaders, which will be hosted by the President of the United States of America — Barrack Obama.
Africans finest artistes such as D’banj alongside with Femi Kuti, Omawunmi Judith Sephuma , Fally Ipupa, Victoria Kimani and others will be travelling with Ivorian and Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure to Washington D.C. 4-7 August with The ONE Campaign to play an active role in shaping the conversation about the US-Africa relationship at the historic US-Africa Leaders Summit.
The president of American Barrack Obama, will hold session meeting in Washington DC with Africans leaders in the continent and some influential individuals that have impact leadership to the growth of African continent.
During the US trip, the artistes will hold advocacy meetings with some high US officials , Washington Fellows from the Obama administration’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and Members of Congress. The ONE’s pro-agriculture campaign in Africa will performed their theme song ” Cocoa na Chocolate”.
Recently Nigeria pop star D’banj, deliver his over 2 millions petition to the co-founder of the ONE’s pro-agriculture campaign Bono, in Monaco.
