Yesterday, March 8th, 2015, the internet has been abuzz with comments on the youth debate between the supporters of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, President Goodluck Jonathan against those of hos All Progressives Congress (APC) opponent, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.
The debate was anchor by former Big Brother Nigeria winner and media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, while the show featured New York-based social commentator and self-styled security expert, Mukhtar Daniyan (@MrAyeDee), Anthony Ehilebo of the PDP presidential campaign and Demola Olanrewaju,while the opposition party commentator are Ismaeel Ahmed (APC Youth Forum), Akin ( @A01379 ) and Ikem.
The presidential debate on Rubbin Minds ‘s is tagged ” Nigeria 2015 — Continutiy or Change? ”, the show was broadcast on Channel TV with supports from Ynaija.com.
The debate is for both parties give insight on their party manifesto to the electorate and also to used the debate to woo voters for their parties, looking at issues that their various parties would be focusing at.
Question was on how to create jobs, transformation in agricultural sector, oil & gas sector, education, security and many others.
