Sometimes last year November, we reported to you that former co-founder of Triple MG, Iyanya has part ways with Don Jazzy‘s led recording company Mavin Records, one year after he was unveiled as a Mavin Record artiste.
Ever since the report was published online, nobody from Iyanya or Mavin Records camp confirms the exists from the label, but GYOnlineNG.COM can categorically confirm to you that Iyanya has left Mavin Records.
Yesterday, Iyanya finally confirmed that he’s no longer signed onto the label. The singer was a guest on Beat FM this morning program and when he was asked to comment on his current record label, Iyanya said:
“I’m now signed to Temple Music but I’m a Mavin for life. It was not a beef. I was there and it was time to move on”.
The new label he’s signed to ” Temple Music “ was launched in August 2017, with 9ice, Bisola Aiyeola, DJ Jimmy Jatt, named among the pioneer artists.
