Nigeria Pop Star Davido Takes Africa on His Shoulder at AFRIMMA 2017 + Full List of Winners at AFRIMMA 2017

No doubt the DMW‘s boss and Sony Music/RCA Records act Davido had a good run so far, releasing hit back-to-back ( ” If ” & ” Fall on You ” ). The Nigerian pop star Davido was biggest winner at the just concluded 2017 Africa Muzik Magazine Awards & Music Festival (AFRIMMA) held on Sunday at the House of Blues, Dallas, Texas, USA.

This year edition of 2017 Africa Muzik Magazine Awards & Music Festival (AFRIMMA) was hosted Basketmouth and Chipukeezy, and it was a gathering of the best in African music, from Tiwa Savage to Fally Ipupa.

Electrifying music performances from Falz, Kaffy, Scientific from Liberia, Tzy Panshak from Cameroon, C4 Pedro, as well as Nsoki, both from Angola.

Davido won the biggest prize of the night, taking home both the Artist of the Year award and the Song of the Year Award for “IF.”
