Former co-founder of Triple MG and Nigeria Afro-Pop star Iyanya has end his romance musical marriage of one year with Don Jazzy‘s led Mavin Records.
As situation stands now, it seems Iyanya has part ways with Don Jazzy‘s Mavin label, that he signed for a year ago. The ” Kukere “ master recently released a new song ” Iyanu “ without any affiliation of the Mavin‘s logo on it or any production credit from the Mavin’s in-house producer.
The new song ” Iyanu “ by Iyanya was produced by Black Jesse, mixed by longtime collaborator Selebobo, while Mavin logo is missing but Temple Management Company is on the cover.
Sometimes last year, Iyanya part ways with his longtime business partner and manager Ubi Franklin by selling off his equity shares on the label, which later sell to Paul Okoye‘s of One Africa Music Fest in order to signed onto Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records, in order to be allowed to sing out it soul under the label leadership.
The relationship Iyanya had with Mavin Records brought out his ” Signature “ EP earlier this year, though without any major promotions from the label for the project. All we know about the Iyanya‘s romance relationship with Mavin’s is Up to Something without feeling that thing.
