On early hour August 14th 2015, Nigeria cyber space went wild as rumours circulate viral online that Five Star Music signee, Skiibii was dead.
After the news went viral online, a lot celebrities stars, fans, friends took to various social media to share their condolence and last moments with the rumoured late act.
The so called death stunt scenario was fuel through the work of Five Star Music in house-manager Soso Soberekon, who put up a candle light on his Instagram page mourning Skiibi death.
Ever since the news went viral online, the label record Five Star Music has been at the centre of the Skiibii ” Death Stunt ” that flooded the Nigerian media.
It was reported that Five Star Music‘s in house manager Soso Soberekon, was manipulated as he confirmed the death report to popular blogger Linda Ikeji via phone, while he was away out of the country in Norway with Kcee.
According to Kcee, who accompanying Skiibii to Cool FM yesterday says :
‘I’m really very sad and annoyed and I blame my manager Soso Soberekon for this mess. As we speak now, he has been fired. We’re still very angry at his unprofessional manner, and we have made it a must for him to apologize to everyone affected, especially to the Fans and Linda Ikeji who first broke the news”, He added.
