After several days of delay, Jimi Agbaje has finally emerged as the winner of Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) governorship primary for Lagos State.
Agbaje polled 1,100 votes to defeat his close rival Adedeji Doherty who polled 742 votes.
In 2015, Jimi Agbaje lost the governorship election in the state to incumbent governor Akinwunmi Ambode of All Progressive Congress (APC).
