Big Brother Naija Lockdown Total Votes
On Sunday 27th of September, Africa’s most successful franchise & most watched reality show, Big Brother Naija Lockdown Season 5 comes to an end, as rapper Laycon emerges as winner of this year edition.
The organizer of the Big Brother Naija, Multichoice Group through their subsidiary Companies, DSTV Nigeria & GOTV Nigeria announces on their of Twitter page that this year edition hits 900M votes across all platforms.
This year edition makes it the biggest season ever since the series launched in 2006. The 2019 season, also known as Big Brother Naija: Pepper Dem recorded 240 million votes with ₦60 million worth of prizes.

The 26-year-old rapper and graduate of Philosophy from the University of Lagos, Olamilekan Agbeleshe, known as Laycon scored 60% of votes casted for the final to wins N85 million worth of prizes.
