Talented American singer turned Hollywood star and Oscar Awards winning star Jamie Foxx, turned what will see him do in fictional movie hero into reality hero yesterday night, as he save lives of 32 years, Brett Kyle in LA.
A 32 years, Brett Kyle, was driving at a ” high rate of speed ” around 8:30 p.m. PT when he flipped his 2007 Toyota Tacoma into a drainage ditch, according to a California Highway Patrol report, but Jamie pull a brave attitude as he pull a motorist to safety from a burning pickup truck, one of his representatives confirmed for NBC News.
“It struck a drainage pipe and concrete casing causing the vehicle to roll over multiple times,” the report read. “The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side, and became engulfed in flames with Mr. Kyle trapped inside his vehicle.”
That’s when two men “ran to the burning, overturned truck in an attempt to free the driver,” according to the report.
However, Kyle was later taken to Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center for his injuries and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
“One of the witnesses retrieved a rescue tool from his vehicle allowing the two citizens to break the window, cut the seat belt, and extricate the driver,” the report stated.
“He has EMT scissors. He hits the glass, I climb in and try to hit his seat belt, but he’s hovered over, so the seat belt is on him. So I grabbed the scissors from him, cut the seat belt, but it’s on his neck. So I cut it off his neck. And then, as the flames do come into the cabin, I lean back, but I think what it did is it hit his legs, which made him extend. And when he extends out of the cabin, pull him out, and as we pull him out, within five seconds later, the truck goes up.” he said
The driver Brett Kyle’s father also spoke about the accident
“It doesn’t matter to me who it was, or what they do for a living, or whatever. Just the idea that someone would do that is so much more than I can fathom. it’s all tears of joy. He’s got two sisters and a brother, they would’ve lost their brother if it wasn’t for him.”
