The showdown of power tussle between incumbent Gov Akinwumi Ambode and the anointed candidate of Bola Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu is currently going in over hundred of wards across the Lagos State province.
The Lagos’s APC Primaries A4 method, which is an open ballot where voters publicly queue behind the representative of their Preferred candidates, but the national leadership said it’s only in favour of a secret ballot that’s devoid of intimidation as is possible with an open ballot.
According to information gathered by GYOnlineNG.COM, reveals that Sanwo-Olu is currently leading Ambode with a wide margin. However, the party’s leadership has raised objections about how the election was conducted.
Even though the party authorized its Lagos State chapter to elect its flag-bearer through a direct election that allows all registered party members to-vote, the NWC raised an objection to the A4 method adopted on Tuesday.
