Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker and Shanghai Shenhua forward Odion Ighalo, has reached an agreement with Manchester United for a possible six-month loan deal away from his Chinenes based club, according to report.
The report had it that Odion Ighalo and Manchester United have agreed on personal terms and salary over a six-month loan from Shanghai Shenhua, with an option to buy, according to report from SkySport Italy.
However, as at the time of written this report, Man United are currently in contact with the Chinese based club Shanghai Shenhua, to finalize the move.
Although, he’s in pre-season training with the Chinese based club, the new Chinese Super League season has been delayed due to the escalation of the coronavirus in China, that has killed over hundreds of the country’s citizen.
A medical could be held in China, but United still faces a race to complete a move before the 11 pm deadline closes.
