All What You Need to Know About Tomorrow MAMA Awards 2016
All road set for the biggest music award in Africa continent, MTV Africa Music Awards 2016. This year edition of MAMA Awards 2016 will take place at the Ticket Pro Dome, Johannesburg, South-Africa.
The highly anticipated event will features biggest music acts from Africa continent such as Wizkid, Yemi Alade, Nasty C, Cassper Nyovest, Ycee, C4 Pedro, Babes Alikiba, DJ Maphorisa and Kenyan music group Sauti Sol, while American rap star Future will be performing live at the event. 
South-Africa and American TV host Trevor Noah, was earlier announced as the host of the event, but was later pull out of the event due to his health status, and was later replaced by South-Africa TV girl, Bonang Matheba alongside with Yemi Alade and Nomzamo Mbatha. 
However, the previous host of MAMA Awards are Wyclef Jean, Eve, Marlon Wayans and Anthony Anderson. Duo of Nigerian hottest female star Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade are up for awards, while Wizkid and celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji are nominated for personality person of the year. 
Nigerian music stars Yemi Alade and Wizkid will go head to head for ” Artists of the Year “ category alongside with Black Coffee from South-Africa, Kenyan music group Sauti Sol and Tanzanian music star Diamond.
The likes of Simi, Falz and Tekno will go head to head for the ” Breakthrough Artist of the Year “, while the likes of Burna Boy and Kiss Daniel were nominated for ” Listeners Choice “ category.
