According to several sources says that The General Overseer of Christ Embassy Church, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his wife Rev Anita Oyakhilome, are reportedly undergoing divorce proceedings in central family high Court in UK.
According to the reports gathered by The Citizen reports, says that Pastor Anita Oyakhilome, is said to be filling for divorce on grounds of “adultery and unreasonable behavior”.
About few moths ago, unidentified member of the church open Facebook Page called ”Where is Rev. Anita Oyakhilome” and it look like the member of the church were divided over Pastor Chris, split with his wife Anita Oyakhilome from all the church activities.
According to reports obtain by The Citizen, says that divorce case with Suit No FD14D01650, was filed on April 9, 2014 at Divorce Section A, Central Family Court, First Avenue House, High Holborn, London, UK.
An elder of Christ Embassy reportedly told news sources that Pastor Chris is denying the allegations of adultery, and that he is convinced that his wife is being influenced by “bad friends” who want to destroy their home.
In addition to the adultery accusations, it is alleged that Anita is accusing her husband of relegating her in church affairs. On the other hand, sources say Pastor Chris thinks his wife is trying to “usurp power and authority above her seniors in the ministry.”
Reports also state that all efforts being made to reconcile the couple have failed.
The dissolution of the couple’s marriage is said to be in the final phases.
They have two teenage daughters, Sharon and Charlyn.
