14. Ben Chilwell (£45m – Leicester City to Chelsea, 2020) Too Early to Assess
Chilwell moved to west London in 2020 and has made an impression since leaving the King Power Stadium. In his first year with the team, he made 42 games, which helped Chelsea win the Champions League.
He did, however, miss the majority of the previous campaign due to a torn cruciate ligament. Both Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Chelsea, and Gareth Southgate, the coach of England, will be praying that he stays healthy over the upcoming season.
