Barely 8 weeks ago, the internet go Gaga with the bronze statue of Real Madrid talisman Cristiano Ronaldo was unveiled, created to celebrate his achievement at the opening ceremony of Airport named after him in his Portugal.
The Ronaldo‘s statue was created by Portugal born artist Emanuel Santos, who said it only took him 264 hours to come up with the idea, after googling Ronaldo‘s image on Google Images.
After gathering so much criticisms from thousands of people around the world, Irish based bookmaker Paddy Power asked the artist Emanuel Santos to create another Real Madrid player Gareth Bale.
Remember the Ronaldo statue? We’ve got the same artist to create one of Gareth Bale. And we’re not sure it’s much better. pic.twitter.com/gIyjWQnlAK

Here’s what Santos had to say about his latest job “I’m very happy. I feel very proud of it. For me, it’s an honour to make Gareth Bale because he’s a great player.”

Great job from Santos but truth must be told, because Gareth Bale statue is far better than that of Cristiano Ronaldo. The statue will be display at the Paddy Power outlet in Cardiff, UK, where the Champion League final between Real Madrid and Juventus will be played on Saturday, June 3.
