Following the outcome of All Progressive Congress (APC) in the last Presidential Election in Oyo, that led to the party losing the presidential poll to Atiku Abubakar of PDP and one senatorial district seat through Gov Abiola Ajimobi losses to Dr. Kola Balogun of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

The national working committee of the party has gone back to drawing boarding on how the party will emerge victorious in the forthcoming gubernatorial election on March 9th, the national leader of the party, Bola Tinubu alongside with Ekiti State gov Dr. Kayode Fayemi has initiated the transfer of ex-gov Alao-Akala alongside with other Unity Forum members such as Sen Soji Akanbi, Dapo Lam-Adesina, Rotimi Ajanuku, and others back to the party.

With Alao-Akala agreeing to support Adelabu and APC in the forthcoming governorship election in the state, all eye now on the coalition alliance between Sen Ladoja, Sen Olufemi Lanlehin & Sharafadeen Alli & Seyi Makinde. According to reaching GYOnlineNG.COM yesterday, reported that the Saturday’s alliance forming meeting between PDP, ZLP & ADC has not come to a fruitful result, though a reschedule meeting was picked for today.

A source close to the high chief of Ibadanland and former governor of the state reported that Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi made a courtesy visit to Sen Rashidi Ladoja yesterday at his home residence in Ibadan, the source reportedly said that Chief Ladoja rejects N150M offer from Gov Kayode Fayemi. The interesting party of the meeting was that Baba Ladoja said Oyo state must be liberated, I won’t support APC.

I sincerely thank my father, High Chief Adewolu Ladoja for his unbiased roles that makes this alignment a successful one.

My appreciations also goes to my wonderful egbon, Sen Olufemi Lanlehin and Barr Sarafadeen Alli for their mutual cooperations in the interest of the good people of Oyo state to pushed me forward as the consensus candidate of the alignment.

May God bless all the leaders of the unity forum for considered the alignment team over the APC huge amount presented to them, I will forever be appreciative to you all.

My appreciations will be meaningless if I failed to accord the sincere supports we have been enjoying from our people in Oyo state, I pray that God will give us victory in the coming election.

Everybody should watch out for the official announcement of opposition alignment tomorrow by our father High Chief Adewolu Ladoja.
